We all say we want to simplify our finances but we usually find an excuse or reason to not simplify? What is your reason for not simplifying your finances?

This is not a good reason, but it is the truth. I hate sitting down and doing that. I don’t know why, but I hate filling out the paper work. I hate the thought of changing my billpay info. So, basically, mental blocks are stopping me.

Like Mr. Hawk above… this is not a good reason… i havent made a budget that is realistic yet that I can follow. All I concentrate on is making a large payment on my student loan every month, leaving me scrambling to cover other necessary costs the rest of the month. Live and learn and learn some more.
